The Fluke Calibration Priority Gold CarePlan is a comprehensive instrument calibration and repair support plan that minimizes your downtime and protects your investment in your Fluke instruments. It’s the good as gold priority customer service program that gives you all these extra privileges:
Annual instrument calibration in three or six business days
uarantee that your instruments are always in cal. Fluke will perform an expedited annual calibration on your instrument and return it to you with free priority freight from Fluke.
Here’s how it works
First, you receive your Priority Gold CarePlan package from Fluke Calibration and complete the online registration form. When your equipment requires service, contact our call center. Our call center advisors will provide you an RMA number and confirm your shipping instructions.
Free repairs with promised in-house turnaround time of ten business days
If your covered Fluke Calibration instrument needs repairs, we’ll repair it at no charge, with a guaranteed ten day in-house turnaround time; including a new calibration.
Installation of important product updates
Keep your instrument up to date. If your instrument is sent to us for repair or calibration, our technicians will install firmware, software or hardware improvementsat no charge to you. Other providers cannot perform these valuable services.
Priority Gold CarePlans to suit your needs
Priority Gold CarePlans are available in one-, three-, and five-year plans. Select the plan that best suits your needs. Models with GCP prefixes are our one-year plans. Threeyear plan models are prefixed with G3P and five-year plan models are prefixed with G5P. Select the level of calibration that’s right for you.
10 % off Priority Gold CarePlans with the purchase of a new Fluke Calibration instrument
If you purchase a new instrument and order a Priority Gold CarePlan at the same time, you will receive 10 % off any one-, three- or five-year Gold CarePlan you purchase. With this added feature, you can take advantage of Priority Gold CarePlan benefits during your warranty period at no additional charge. To summarize, you receive a free year of paid return priority freight, expedited repair, and great discounts on training and upgrades.
10 % discount on product upgrades

15 % off any out-of-plan service charges

Qualifying for the Priority Gold CarePlan
To qualify for the Priority Gold CarePlan, your instrument must meet these basic minimum requirements:
Less than seven years old
OR, has been serviced, calibrated, updated or repaired by a Fluke factory service center, or Fluke Authorized Service Partner within the past 12 months and is in serviceable condition.
OR, you may arrange to have your older instrument inspected for a nominal fee by our lab managers for acceptance into this program.
Getting started with your Gold CarePlan
After placing your order, you will receive a kit containing your Guide to Services and identification stickers for your instrument. Simply register your instrument on our Gold CarePlan web site and you are ready to start receiving your new Gold CarePlan services.

Terms and conditions
Gold CarePlan instruments received at our labs that are not registered on our web site, or that do not have an RMA number, may experience a delay in service until Gold CarePlan status can be determined.
Calibration turnaround is product specific. Electrical Calibration products have a turnaround time of three business days. Temperature, Pressure, and Flow Calibration products have a turnaround time of six business days.
In-house turnaround time of three or six business days not available in all countries; contact your local Fluke representative for details.
Priority shipping times vary by country. Return freight and customs for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
PCN (product change notice) updates concern operations and specifications important to maintaining proper product operation. Only level 1 and level 2 PCN changes are installed under these CarePlans.
Repairs are not covered under these plans for the first 60 days from the purchase date on a one-year plan and 30 days from the purchase date on three-year CarePlans. Five-year plans are covered for repair from the day of purchase. Calibrations associated with these plans may be used at any time after completing your Careplan registration online at www.fluke.com/gcpreg. Should your covered instrument require repair within these time periods, you will receive a 15 % courtesy discount from our standard repair and calibration rates for these services. You may apply your plan calibration to a non-covered repair. A separate P.O. or other billing authorization will be required for these out-of-plan services.
Instruments showing signs of failure due to physical abuse, improper operation or application do not qualify for free repair and will be repaired at standard repair rates minus a 15 % discount.
Our lab managers will review your older instrument for serviceability through a pre-arranged inspection for a nominal inspection fee. If we determine that your unit is not suitable for this plan, you will be offered alternatives for the care of your unit.
Not all calibrations are available for all products or in all countries.
