The E2927A 66 MHz, 32/64 bit PCI Exerciser and Analyzer is a fully controllable PCI master and target card used for system verification, design bring-up and debug, compliance test and performance measurement of PCI systems in the computer and semiconductor industry.The officially specified 66 MHz Analyzer/50 MHz Exerciser will work at 66 MHz exerciser speeds – all application supported. Although the exerciser violates PCI timing specifications when running above 50 MHz, it has been shown to work at speeds beyond 70 MHz, as long as there is enough margin in the design of the customer’s design and target backplane.
