The HMMC-5032 is a broadband GaAs MMIC power amplifier designed to work within the 17.7 GHz to 32 GHz frequency range. Typical applications of the HMMC-5032 include microwave radio which operates in various frequency bands between 17.7 GHz and 32 GHz. It was designed to be driven by the HMMC-5040 or the HMMC-5618 which increases the power handling capability of transmitters requiring linear operation.Keysight HMMC-5032 does not contain any intentionally added RoHS substances above permitted maximum thresholds.All HMMC parts are manufactured in Santa Rosa, California using Keysights reliable instrument grade GaAs process.
