The Keysight E5363A Elastomeric Probe Adapter is for 240-pin, 0.5 mm Pitch PQFP/CQFP processors. Keysight Elastomeric probe adapters offer a simple means of connecting to PQFP and TQFP packages with minimal “keep out” area.
