The Keysight E5377A Elastomeric Probe Adapter is for 160-pin, 0.5 mm Pitch TQFP processors. Our Elastomeric probe adapters offer a simple means of connecting to PQFP and TQFP packages with minimal “keep out” area. The rugged elastomer material makes redundant contact with each pin, ensuring a trouble-free electrical and mechanical connection.
