The N5251A is a single sweep 10 MHz to 110 GHz vector network analyzer solution based on the new N5227A PNA. It uses the N5261/62A test controller to provide either a 2- or 4-port measurement solution. The N5251A replaces the existing N5250C millimeter wave solution.

The N5251A utilizes the same frequency extenders used by theN5250Cand is orderable as a single product number that will include the PNA test set controller, broadband frequency extenders, and all the required cables.

This solution is pre-configured with broadband extenders that have built-in bias-tees with options to select either 2- or 4-ports.
