The Keysight Infiniium V-Series oscilloscopes are engineered for 33 GHz of true analog bandwidth to deliver superior measurement accuracy. By investing in a proprietary Indium Phosphide integrated circuit process, Keysight has enabled the V-Series to have high-frequency capability while yielding the industrys lowest noise and jitter measurement floors.
The accompanying probing system offers browsing to 30 GHz with a full range of accessories and the ability to upgrade bandwidth in the future. InfiniiMode provides easy probing with differential, single-ended and common mode measurements using a single probe tip. PrecisionProbe is the only tool available on an oscilloscope that allows for channel characterization and compensation.
In addition, the V-Series oscilloscopes offer more than 40 measurement-specific application packages including jitter, triggering, measurement and analysis tools and full compliance certification test suites.
